ब्रिटेन में सत्ता परिवर्तन, भारत को वेट एंड वाच की नीती पर चलना होगा - अरविन्द सिसोदिया 

ब्रिटेन में लेबर पार्टी बहुमत में आ गई है और इसी के साथ यह संभावना बढ़ गई है कि ब्रिटेन का भारत से टकराव बढ़ेगा! क्योंकि लेबर पार्टी मूल रूप से परंपरागत ब्रिटिश विचारधारा का समर्थक रही है। ब्रिटिश विचारधारा हमेशा ही पाकिस्तान परस्त और कश्मीर के मुद्दे पर भारत विरोधी रही है!! जिसमें ब्रिटेन की लेबर पार्टी इस विषय पर अतिरिक्त आक्रामक भी रहती आई है। इसलिए यह माना जा सकता है कि ब्रिटेन में लेबर पार्टी की सरकार से भारत का टकराव रह सकता है। इसलिए भारत को अपना कठोर रुख अपनाये रखना होगा।

हालांकि लेबर पार्टी पिछले 14 वर्षों से ब्रिटेन की सत्ता से बाहर थी और किन्तु वर्तमान में लेबर पार्टी जिस किएर स्टार्मर के नेतृत्व में चमत्कारिक रूप से जीती है उन्हें अप्रैल 2020 में लेबर पार्टी का नया नेता चुना गया था।

नए नेतृत्व किएर स्टार्मर के मार्गदर्शन में बहुमत में आई है, उन्हें हल्का-फुल्का लिबरल भी माना जाता है और इसलिए यह संभावना तो हो सकती है कि वर्तमान लेबर पार्टी सरकार का रुख भारत के साथ सकारात्मक रहे।

ब्रिटेन का भारत विरोधी रुख लगातार ही देखने को मिलता रहा है, इसका एक कारण ज्यादातर भारत के सत्ताधारी नेतृत्व ब्रिटेन के प्रति अतिरिक्त आदर भाव रखते थे और इसी कारण ब्रिटेन हमको अभी भी अपने अधीनस्थ जैसा मानता था। विशेषकर वह हमें कश्मीर संबंधी मामलों में मानधिकारों के नाम पर प्रेसर करता था। किंतु 2014 के बाद का वर्तमान भारत सरकार, स्वाभिमान और सम्मान से समझौता नहीं करने की नीती पर चली है, इससे भारत की साख भी बहुत बड़ी हो गईं। इसके साथ-साथ भारत ने पूरे विश्व में अपना एक नया क्षमतावान योग्यता स्वरूप भी प्रकट किया है इसके चलते पूरे विश्व ने भारत को मान सम्मान और बराबरी का दर्जा दिया है।

लेबर पार्टी शासन के अगले कुछ महीनो में यह ज्ञात हो पाएगा कि उनका शासन भारत के प्रति क्या रुख रखता है, किंतु यह भी सही है कि लेबर पार्टी के शासन के रुख अच्छे होने या बुरे होने से भारत को कोई बड़ा फर्क नहीं पड़ता है, भारत अब एक बहुत बड़ी ताकत बन कर उभर चुका है। 

लेबर पार्टी की जीत और कंज़र्वेटिव पार्टी की हार में भी ब्रिटेन का आर्थिक पतन मुख्य कारण रहा है, जिसके कारण वर्तमान ऋषि सुनक सरकार को ब्रिटेन की जनता ने पूरी तरह नकार दिया और 14 साल से हांसिये पर पड़ी लेबर पार्टी को पुनः सरकार चलाने के लिए जनादेश दिया।

भारत सरकार को नई ब्रिटिश सरकार के साथ वेट एंड वाच की नीती पर चलना होगा।

The Labour Party has come into majority in Britain and with this the possibility has increased that Britain's conflict with India will increase! Because the Labour Party has basically been a supporter of the traditional British ideology. The British ideology has always been pro-Pakistan and anti-India on the issue of Kashmir!! In which the Labour Party of Britain has also been extra aggressive on this subject. Therefore, it can be assumed that India may have a conflict with the Labour Party government in Britain. Therefore, India will have to maintain its tough stand.

Although the Labour Party was out of power in Britain for the last 14 years, but at present the Labour Party has miraculously won under the leadership of Keir Starmer, he was elected as the new leader of the Labour Party in April 2020.

The new leadership has come into majority under the guidance of Keir Starmer, he is also considered a mild liberal and hence it is possible that the attitude of the current Labour Party government will be positive with India.

Britain's anti-India stance has been seen continuously, one of the reasons for this is that most of the ruling leadership of India had extra respect for Britain and due to this Britain still considered us as its subordinates. Especially it used to pressurize us in the name of human rights in matters related to Kashmir. But after 2014, the current Indian government has followed the policy of not compromising on self-respect and dignity, due to this the credibility of India has also increased a lot. Along with this, India has also revealed a new capable and competent form of itself in the whole world, due to which the whole world has given India respect and equal status.

In the next few months of Labor Party rule, it will be known what their government's attitude is towards India, but it is also true that whether the attitude of Labor Party's government is good or bad, it does not make much difference to India, India has now emerged as a very big power.

The main reason for the victory of the Labor Party and the defeat of the Conservative Party was the economic downfall of Britain, due to which the current Rishi Sunak government was completely rejected by the people of Britain and the Labor Party, which was marginalized for 14 years, was given the mandate to run the government again.

The Indian government will have to follow the policy of wait and watch with the new British government.

1- जर्मी कोर्बिन के नेतृत्व में लेबर पार्टी ने 2019 में अपने सालाना जलसे में एक प्रस्ताव पारित कर घोषणा थी कि कश्मीर में मानवीय संकट पैदा हो गया है।

प्रस्ताव में इस बात को भी बहुत ज़ोर दिया गया था कि कश्मीर को आत्मनिर्णय का अधिकार दिया जाना चाहिए। भारत ने इस प्रस्ताव का विरोध किया था।

तब लेबर पार्टी के नेता जो अब प्रधानमंत्री बनने वाले हैँ किएर स्टार्मर ने सफ़ाई दी थी कि कश्मीर, भारत और पाकिस्तान का आपसी मसला है. हालांकि, तब तक बात बिगड़ चुकी थी।

तब किएर स्टार्मर ने वादा किया है कि वो भारत के साथ रिश्ते सुधारेंगे।

The resolution also emphasized that Kashmir should be given the right to self-determination. India opposed this proposal.

Then the leader of the Labour Party, who is now going to become the Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, clarified that Kashmir is a mutual issue between India and Pakistan. However, by then the matter had worsened.

Then Keir Starmer promised that he would improve relations with India.
