हाल ही में हुये गुजरात एवं हिमाचल विधानसभाओं के एवं दिल्ली नगर निगम के चुनाव सम्पन्न हुये, प्रारम्भिक  विश्लेषण यही कहता है कि राजनैतिक दलों के द्वारा जो कुछ परोसा जाता है, उसके आधार पर ही जनता अपना मत बनाती है और वोट देती है। यही परिणाम इन चुनावों में रहे हैं। गुजरात में राज्य सरकार और प्रधानमंत्री से जनता सन्तुष्ट थी, वहां वैसा ही परिणाम रहा । हिमाचल सत्ता परिवर्तन करता है, उसने वही करके दिखाया । ज्यादातर मौकों पर स्थानीय स्तर के चुनाव यथा पालिका और पंचायती राज के चुनाव राज्य की सरकार के साथ जाते हैं इसका कारण रहता है, जनप्रतिनिधि राज्य सरकार से जुडा होगा तो काम करवा सकेगा। यही दिल्ली नगर निगम चुनाव में हुआ भी । अर्थात जनइच्छा सर्वोपरी , उसके अनुरूप अपने को ढाल कर सत्ता प्राप्त की जा सकती है।

The elections to Gujarat and Himachal Legislative Assemblies and Delhi Municipal Corporation were held recently, preliminary analysis says that people form their opinion and vote on the basis of whatever is served by the political parties. This is the result of these elections. In Gujarat, the public was satisfied with the state government and the Prime Minister, the result was the same there. Himachal government brings about change, it has shown by doing the same. On most of the occasions, the local level elections like elections of municipality and panchayati raj go with the state government, the reason remains, if the people's representative is associated with the state government, then they will be able to get the work done. The same happened in Delhi Municipal Corporation election. That is, people's will is paramount, power can be obtained by molding oneself according to it.

प्रश्न यही है कि भाजपा जब गुजरात  और उत्तराखण्ड की चिन्ता कर रही थी, जब वह हिमाचल की चिन्ता क्यों नहीं कर रही थी । जबकि हिमाचल में नेतृत्व परिवर्तन की जरूरत गुजरात एवं उत्तराखण्ड से कही ज्यादा थी। वहां बदलाव की परम्परा को रोका जा सकता था। समय रहते सही नेतृत्व दिया जाना चाहिये था। दूसरा गुजरात को लेकर जब प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी इतने चिन्तित थे, तब राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष के नाते जे पी नड्डा को भी चिन्ता करनी चाहिये थी। हिमाचल मुख्यमंत्री बदल कर बचाया जा सकता था। इसी प्रकार से दिल्ली नगर निगम में भाजपा ने आप पार्टी को उलझा तो दिया कडी टक्कर भी दी मगर वह जीत से 23 सीटें पीछे रह गई । गुजरात जितनी ताकत दिल्ली में लगी होती तो नगर निगम में भाजपा के पास 200 सीटें होतीं। सारा फोकस गुजरात हो जानें से दिल्ली एवं हिमाचल में भाजपा को नुकसान भी हुआ है।

The question is that when the BJP was worrying about Gujarat and Uttarakhand, why was it not worrying about Himachal. While the need for leadership change in Himachal was more than in Gujarat and Uttarakhand. There the tradition of change could be stopped. Right leadership should have been given in time. Second, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi was so worried about Gujarat, then J.P. Nadda as the national president should also have worried. Himachal could have been saved by changing the Chief Minister. Similarly, in Municipal Corporation of Delhi, BJP not only confused AAP, but also gave a tough fight, but it was left 23 seats behind from victory. Had Gujarat's strength been in Delhi, the BJP would have had 200 seats in the Municipal Corporation. BJP has also suffered losses in Delhi and Himachal due to the focus being on Gujarat.


सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि नम्बर 1 और नम्बर 2 स्थान जो कि राजनीति में महत्वपूर्ण होते हैं। उनमें तीनों जगह भाजपा ही है। इसलिये लोकसभा के आम चुनाव पर कोई फर्क पडता नजर नहीं दिख रहा है। भाजपा लोकसभा चुनाव जीतनें जा रही है, यह तय है।

The most important thing is that numbers 1 and number 2 locations which are important in politics. BJP has all three places among them. Therefore, there is no difference on the general election of Lok Sabha. It is certain that the BJP is going to the Lok Sabha elections.
