सांसद प्रतिभा सिंह पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री रहे स्व. वीरभद्रसिंह की पत्नि हैं और वर्तमान में हिमाचल प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष भी हैं ने कहा है कि “ पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री दिवंगत वीरभद्र सिंह की विरासत को नजरअंदाज नहीं किया जा सकता है। मुख्यमंत्री का फैसला विधायकों की सहमति पर ही हाईकमान लेगा। सभी विधायकों को बैठक के लिए चंडीगढ़ बुलाया गया है। उन्होंने प्रदेश में कांग्रेस को मिली जीत का श्रेय पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री राजा वीरभ्रद्र सिंह के विकास मॉडल को दिया।”

Member of Parliament Pratibha Singh who is the wife of former Chief Minister Late Virbhadra Singh and currently Himachal Pradesh Congress President has said that “the legacy of former Chief Minister late Virbhadra Singh cannot be ignored. The decision of the Chief Minister will be taken by the High Command only after the consent of the MLAs. All the MLAs have been called to Chandigarh for the meeting. He gave the credit of the victory of the Congress in the state to the development model of former Chief Minister Raja Virbhadra Singh.

कांग्रेस नेतृत्व ने हिमाचल के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री स्व0 राजा वीरभद्र सिंह के नाम पर चुनाव लडा , राजा वीरभद्रसिंह का निधन 2021 में हुआ था। उनकी पत्नि प्रतिभा सिंह नें वीरभद्र सिंह के निधन से रिक्त हुई लोकसभा सीट से चुनाव लडा और साहनुभूति वोटों के कारण भारी मतों से जीत दर्ज कर लोकसभा सांसदं हैं। उनका बेटा विक्रमादित्यसिंह भी विधायक चुने गये हैं।

The Congress leadership contested the election in the name of late Raja Virbhadra Singh, former Chief Minister of Himachal, Raja Virbhadra Singh died in 2021. His wife Pratibha Singh contested the Lok Sabha seat vacated by the death of Virbhadra Singh and is a Lok Sabha MP by winning with a huge margin due to sympathy votes. His son Vikramaditya Singh has also been elected MLA.

सांसद एवं प्रदेश अध्यक्ष प्रतिभा सिंह मुख्यमंत्री पद की प्रबल दावेदार है। कांग्रेस हाईकमान के मन में कुछ कुछ चल रहा है। अन्यथा घोषणा तो सीधे भी की जा सकती थी। शिमला में भी की जा सकती थी। चण्डीगढ बुलानें का मतलब ही संदिग्ध है।

MP and State President Pratibha Singh is a strong contender for the post of Chief Minister. Something is going on in the mind of the Congress high command. Otherwise the announcement could have been made directly. It could have been done in Shimla also. The meaning of calling Chandigarh is doubtful.

यूं देखा जाये तो राजा वीरभ्रद्र सिंह का मतलब ही हिमाचल प्रदेश है। क्यों कि वे बेजोड लोकप्रियता एवं सफलता के धनी रहे हें। 5 बार सांसद एवं केन्द्रीय मंत्री और 6 बार मुख्यमंत्री तथा 9 बार विधायक रहे राजा साहब का मतलब ही कांग्रेस हुआ करता है ! वर्ना कांग्रेस वहां कभी स्वयं कुछ नहीं रही है।

If seen like this, the meaning of Raja Veerbhadra Singh is Himachal Pradesh. Because they have been rich in unmatched popularity and success. Raja Saheb, who was MP and Union Minister 5 times, Chief Minister 6 times and MLA 9 times, always means Congress! Otherwise Congress itself has never been there.

पिछले पचास वर्षों से वे हिमाचल प्रदेश के दिलों पर राज करते रहे हैं। उनके निधन के बाद हुये उप चुनाव में उनकी पत्नि प्रतिभा सिंह साहनुभूती के चलते बडे अंतर से लोकसभा चुनाव जीती थीं, इसी फेक्टर को इन चुनावों में भी भुनाया गया और हिमाचल में चुनाव प्रतिभासिंह के नेतृत्व में ही लडा गया है। इसी कारण साहनुभूति वोट के बल पर कांग्रेस हिमाचल के बहूमत में आई हुई है। वर्ना इस बार हिमाचल में कांग्रेस नहीं आ रही थी। कांग्रेस से वहां की जनता का मोह भंग हो चुका है। भाजपा के प्रति हिमाचल में अच्छी भावना है।

For the last fifty years, he has been ruling the hearts of Himachal Pradesh. In the by-election held after his death, his wife Pratibha Singh Sahnubhuti won the Lok Sabha elections with a huge margin, this factor was exploited in these elections also and the elections in Himachal Pradesh were fought under the leadership of Pratibha Singh. This is the reason why Congress has come in majority in Himachal on the basis of sympathy vote. Otherwise Congress was not coming to Himachal this time. The people there have lost their disenchantment with the Congress. There is good feeling in Himachal towards BJP.


यूं तो कांग्रेस का इतिहास रहा है कि उन्हे लोकप्रिय चेहरे, जनप्रिय चेहरे पसंद नहीं होते हैं। लोकप्रिय चेहरे को रातों रात बदल देते हैं। कांग्रेस में सबसे ज्यादा संजीदगी से कोई काम होता है तो यही कि किसी नेता की जड़े तो नहीं जम गईं। बार बार उसे उखाड कर देखा जाता है। यही कारण कांग्रेस के सिमटनें का भी है। वे मजबूरी में ही लोकप्रिय चेहरों को बनाये रखते है। जहां कोई विकल्प नहीं होता वहीं किसी का अस्तित्व बचा रह सकता है। राजा वीरभद्र सिंह ने अपनी संजीदगी से, जनता के बीच रहनें की आदत से कभी अपना विकल्प उतपन्न नहीं होनें दिया था।

कांग्रेस ने दिसम्बर 2018 में राजस्थान में स्व0 राजेश पायलेट के बेट सचिन पायलेट के नेतृत्व चुनाव जीता, स्व0 राजेश पायलेट के प्रति साहनुभूति के वोट सचिन के नेतृत्व को मिले थे। मगर मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत को बनाया गया था। चार साल से राजस्थान में कुर्सी युद्ध चल रहा हैं। पंजाब के लोकप्रिय चेहरा कैप्टन अमरिन्दर सिंह को हटा कर वहां सिद्धू की ताजपोशी की कोशिश हो रही थी। अन्ततः पंजाब कांग्रेस के हाथ से गया।

Congress won the election in Rajasthan in December 2018 under the leadership of late Rajesh Pilot's son Sachin Pilot, Sachin's leadership got sympathy votes for Late Rajesh Pilot. But Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot was made. The chair war is going on in Rajasthan for four years. Efforts were being made to crown Sidhu there by removing the popular face of Punjab Captain Amarinder Singh. Ultimately Punjab passed into the hands of the Congress.

इसी तरह कहीं हिमाचल में स्व0 राजा वीरभद्र सिंह के नाम पर वोट बटोर कर मुख्यमंत्री की कुर्सी किसी ओर को दी गई तो हिमाचल में कांग्रेस की सरकार बहुत दिन चल नहीं पायेगी। वहां कुर्सी युद्ध होगा और सरकार गिर जायेगी।

Similarly, somewhere in Himachal, if the Chief Minister's chair was given to someone else by collecting votes in the name of late Raja Virbhadra Singh, then the Congress government in Himachal would not be able to continue for a long time. There will be a chair war and the government will fall.
