भारत की तटस्थ नीति को लेकर अमेरीका को जरूर यह लग रहा होगा कि भारत ने उसे कमतर आंका है। अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति जो बाईडन ने अब जो भारत से बातचीत की उसमें उन्हे भारत के वास्तविक अस्तित्व का पूरा पूरा अहसास हो चुका होगा। इससे पहले वे भी हवा हवाई थे। विशेषकर तालिबान के अफगानिस्तान पर कब्जे के समय, संभवतः अब वे उस नेरेटिव से बाहर आ गये होंगें ।

With regard to India's neutral policy, America must have felt that India has underestimated it. In the conversation that US President Joe Biden has now talked to India, he must have got a full realization of the real existence of India. Before that they too were airborne. Especially at the time of Taliban's occupation of Afghanistan, they may have come out of that narrative now.

अमेरिका की गलतनीति से पूरा विश्व अचानक असुरक्षित हो गया । मानवता , अनुशासन एवं विश्व व्यवस्था अचानक से भरभरा कर ढह गई । हिंसा, अमानवीयता और आतंक अचानक विश्व में बर्चस्ववान हो गये। स्थिति यह हो गई कि हर देश का अस्तित्व उसकी अपनी सुरक्षा क्षमता पर आ टिका है। वैश्विक नीतियों एवं संधियों के अस्तित्व होनें की स्थिती आ गई। विश्व के ध्रुबीकारण खिसके हैं। विश्वास समाप्त हुये हैं।

The whole world suddenly became unsafe due to America's wrong policy. Humanity, discipline and world order collapsed suddenly. Violence, inhumanity and terror suddenly dominated the world. The situation has become that the existence of every country depends on its own security capability. The condition for the existence of global policies and treaties has come. The polar causes of the world have shifted. Beliefs are gone.

 भारतीय दृष्टिकोंण से अमेरिका लगभग भारत विरोधी खेमें का सर्वेसर्वा कई दसकों तक रहा ही है, वहीं रूस ने भारत के पक्ष में अपनी प्रमाणितायें समय समय पर प्रस्तुत की हैं। इसलिये भारत की विदेश नीति अपनी जगह अभी तक पूरी तरह से सही है।

From the Indian point of view, America has been almost in the anti-India camp for several decades, while Russia has presented its proofs in favor of India from time to time. Therefore, India's foreign policy is still completely correct in its place.

मेरा मानना है कि अमेरिका ने भारत से बातचीत करके अच्छा किया , भारत के अस्तित्व को स्विकार किया है। सम्बंधों को दूरगामी परिणामों और समाधानों की दृष्टि से इसकी आवश्यकता भी है। बातचीत हमेशा होती ही रहनी चाहिये। बहुत से मतभेद व आशंकायें इसी से दूर होती हैं। मगर दूसरी बात यह भी है कि भारत - रूस सम्बंध बहुत मजबूत हैं, उन्हे इतनी आसानी से व इतनी जल्दी तोडा भी नहीं जा सकता, यह अमेरिका को भी ध्यान में रखना होगा।

I believe that America has done well by talking to India, accepting India's existence. The relationship also needs it in terms of far-reaching outcomes and solutions. The conversation should always go on. Many differences and doubts are removed from this. But the second thing is also that India-Russia relations are very strong, they cannot be broken so easily and so quickly, America will also have to keep this in mind.

भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी , विशेषकर विदेशनीति में बहुत अच्छी समझ रखते हैं। किस समय क्या करना है, क्या जबाव देना है। यह भारत के पडौसी पाकिस्तान और चीन भली प्रकार से जानते हैं। ईश्वरीय कालचक्र मोदी जी के साथ रहा और अमेरिकी गलतियां स्वयं अमेरिका ने ही वापस ले लीं और मोदी जी के स्वागत में रेड कारपेट बिछाया गया था। अर्थात मोदी जी की सोच पर, समझ पर और उनके भाग्य पर भारत पूरा भरोषा करता है।

The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, has a very good understanding, especially in foreign policy. What time to do, what to answer. India's neighbors Pakistan and China know this very well. God's Kalachakra stayed with Modi ji and America itself took back the American mistakes and red carpet was laid to welcome Modi ji. That is, India has full faith on the thinking, understanding and fate of Modi ji.

मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में भारत ने सभी क्षैत्रों में उन्नती, विकास एवं असंभव को भी प्राप्त किया है। विश्व के जनमत ने भी मोदी जी का लोहा माना है। अमेरिका यदी मोदी जी की समझ का उपयोग करता है तो उसका भी भला ही होगा ।

Under the leadership of Modi ji, India has achieved progress, development and impossible in all fields. The public opinion of the world has also accepted Modi's iron. If America uses the understanding of Modi ji, it will also benefit him.
