आरोपों के बजाये अपनी गिरेबान में झांके, शराबनीति में भ्रष्टाचार तो हुआ है - अरविन्द सिसोदिया

आप पार्टी के मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल सहित कई नेता जेल में हैं, वे सभी न्यायालय के द्वारा जेल में हैं। किसी भी सरकारी एजेंसी को यह अधिकार नहीं कि वह बिना न्यायालय के किसी को जेल में भेज दे। जेल में भी वे न्यायालय के निर्णय से रहते हैं किसी एजेंसी के निर्णय से नहीं। यह बात आप पार्टी को राहुल गांधी की ही तरह नहीं समझनी तो मत समझो....! सत्य यही है कि कुछ तो है जिसके कारण आप पार्टी के नेतागण जेल में हैं।

एक समय था जब सत्य हरिशचन्द्र बन कर अरविन्द केजरीवाल और बड़बोले संजय सिंह जम कर कांग्रेस सहित तमाम परिवारवादी दलों पर आरोपों की रेलगाडी चला कर इन्हे कोसते थे। बदतमीजी की सभी सीमायें लांघते थे। अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता का अर्थ झूठ बोलना नहीं है, झूठ तो अपराध है! मगर आप पार्टी ने जिस तरह का छल कपट और पाखण्ड का इस्तेमाल राजनीति में किया , उससे एक बारगी जनता भ्रमित तो हुई मगर अब जब इनके अपराधों से नकाब उठ रहा है तो इनमें आरोप लगानें का पागलपन इस तरह छाया है कि वे यह भी भूल गये कि उनकी शिकायत कांगेस नें ही की है, भाजपा को कोसना मात्र झूठ है । अपराध है । पाप है। 

कांग्रेस की शिकायत पर ही दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल सीबीआई की गिरफ्त में हैं। सबसे मजेदार बात यह है कि एक ही गठबंधन में होते हुये भी, कांग्रेस ने सीबीआई से अरविन्द केजरीवाल के विरूद्ध की गई शिकायत कभी वापस नहीं ली , इसीलिये यह तय है कि यह गठबंधन आने वाले  विधानसभा चुनावों से पहले बिखर जायेगा। सवाल यही है कि आप पार्टी के नेताओं को भाजपा पर झूठे आरोप मढ़ने के बजाए कांग्रेस से सवाल पूछना चाहिये कि यह शत्रुतापूर्ण व्यवहार क्यों । गठबंधन में साथ भी और गिरफ्तार भी...!

दिल्ली की आप पार्टी सरकार की नई आबकारी नीति को कांग्रेस नें ही घोटाला करार दिया था और शिकायत दर्ज करवाई थी। उसीमें दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल पर आरोप मढ़े थे जिसके कारण वे आज आरोपी हैं , उन्हे तिहाड़ जेल से सीबीआई ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसी की इस कार्रवाई पर आम आदमी पार्टी बेवजह भाजपा के विरुद्ध बिफऱ रही है। आम आदमी पार्टी आरोप लगा रही है कि जब बीजेपी को लगा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से जमानत मिल सकती है तब साजिश के तहत सीबीआई से केजरीवाल को गिरफ्तार करवाया गया। 

दिल्ली भाजपा नें भी आप पार्टी से जबाव मांगा है कि आम आदमी पार्टी को राहुल गांधी से पूछना चाहिए कि कांग्रेस पार्टी ने केस वापस क्यों नहीं लिया, क्योंकि जो केस कांग्रेस ने दर्ज करवाया है उसी केस में सीबीआई ने ऐक्शन लिया है।

सीबीआई दिल्ली शराब नीति घोटाले में लगातार 2022 से जांच कर रही है और केजरीवाल को पूछताछ के लिए पहले भी बुलाया गया था। शराबनीति घोटाले में केजरीवाल की भूमिका स्पष्ट है, जांच अपना काम कर रही है, जो परिणाम आएगा सबके सामने आएगा।’

’सीबीआई ने इस केस में पहले ही अरविंद केजरीवाल से पूछताछ की है। इसी केस में मनीष सिसोदिया को भी सीबीआई ने गिरफ्तार किया है। सौरभ भारद्वाज, आतिशी, और संजय सिंह को कांग्रेस से सवाल पूछना चाहिए क्योंकि जिस केस पर सीबीआई काम कर रही है वो केस कांग्रेस ने ही दर्ज करवाया था। 

शराब कारोबारियों को फायदा पहुंचा कर रिश्वत लेने के आरोप में ईडी और सीबीआई का दावा है कि दिल्ली में वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 की शराब नीति में ऐसे प्रावधान किए गए जिससे निजी कारोबारियों को फायदा मिला। आरोप है कि बदले में आम आदमी पार्टी के नेताओं ने शराब कारोबारियों से रिश्वत ली। आम आदमी पार्टी को भी इस केस में आरोपी बनाया गया। ईडी का दावा है कि इन रुपयों का इस्तेमाल गोवा चुनाव में किया गया। हालांकि, आम आदमी पार्टी ने इन आरोपों का खंडन करते हुए केस को राजनीतिक साजिश बताया है।

आप पार्टी स्वंय घिर इसलिये गई है कि जब उसको लगा कि पोल खुल गई है, रिश्वतखोरी उजागर हो गई है तो उसी ने इस शराब नीति को वापस भी ले लिया किन्तु तब तक अपराध घटित हो चुके थे। सरकार और पार्टी के मुखिया के नाते अरविन्द केजरीवाल इस प्रकरण से कभी बच नहीं सकते । भाजपा पर आरोप लगानें के बजाय अपनी गिरेबान में झांक कर देखना चाहिये।

Many leaders including AAP party's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal are in jail, all of them are in jail by the court. No government agency has the right to send anyone to jail without the court. Even in jail, they stay by the court's decision and not by any agency's decision. If you do not want to understand this, just like Rahul Gandhi, then don't....! The truth is that there is something due to which the leaders of AAP party are in jail.

There was a time when Arvind Kejriwal and the loudmouth Sanjay Singh, pretending to be Satya Harischandra, used to curse all the family parties including Congress by running a train of barbs on them. They used to cross all limits of indecency. Freedom of expression does not mean lying, lying is a crime! But the kind of deceit and hypocrisy that AAP has used in politics, confused the public for a while, but now when the mask of their crimes is coming off, the madness of accusing them has taken over them to such an extent that they have even forgotten that it is Congress that has complained against them, blaming BJP is just a lie. It is a crime. It is a sin.

On the complaint of Congress, Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal is in the custody of CBI. The most interesting thing is that despite being in the same alliance, Congress never withdrew the complaint made against Arvind Kejriwal from CBI, that is why it is certain that this alliance will break up before the upcoming assembly elections. The question is that instead of making false allegations against BJP, AAP leaders should ask Congress why this hostile behavior. Together in alliance and arrested too...!

Congress itself had termed the new excise policy of AAP government of Delhi as a scam and had lodged a complaint. In the same, allegations were leveled against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, due to which he is the accused today, he has been arrested by the CBI from Tihar Jail. The Aam Aadmi Party is unnecessarily angry against the BJP over this action of the central investigation agency. The Aam Aadmi Party is alleging that when the BJP felt that Arvind Kejriwal could get bail from the Supreme Court, then Kejriwal was arrested by the CBI as part of a conspiracy.

The Delhi BJP has also sought an answer from the AAP party that the Aam Aadmi Party should ask Rahul Gandhi why the Congress party did not withdraw the case, because the CBI has taken action in the same case that the Congress has filed.

The CBI has been continuously investigating the Delhi liquor policy scam since 2022 and Kejriwal was called for questioning earlier as well. Kejriwal's role in the liquor policy scam is clear, the investigation is doing its job, whatever result comes will be in front of everyone.'

'The CBI has already questioned Arvind Kejriwal in this case. Manish Sisodia has also been arrested by the CBI in the same case. Saurabh Bhardwaj, Atishi, and Sanjay Singh should question the Congress because the case on which the CBI is working was registered by the Congress itself.

On the charge of taking bribe by benefiting liquor businessmen, ED and CBI claim that such provisions were made in the liquor policy of the financial year 2021-22 in Delhi which benefited private businessmen. It is alleged that in return, Aam Aadmi Party leaders took bribe from liquor businessmen. Aam Aadmi Party was also made an accused in this case. ED claims that this money was used in the Goa elections. However, Aam Aadmi Party has denied these allegations and called the case a political conspiracy.

AAP party has got itself trapped because when it felt that the secret has been revealed, bribery has been exposed, then it also withdrew this liquor policy but by then the crimes had happened. As the head of the government and the party, Arvind Kejriwal can never escape from this case. Instead of blaming the BJP, he should look into his own self.
