चंडीगढ़ एयरपोर्ट पर सुरक्षा बल कर्मी कुलविंदर कौर नें अनुशासन भंग किया यह घटना सामान्य नहीं हैं, इससे पहले पंजाब में प्रधानमंत्री मोदीजी की सुरक्षा में जान बूझ कर बडी चूक सामने आ चुकी हैं और उससे भी पहले सुरक्षा कर्मी ही भारत की प्रधानमंत्री इंदिरा गाँधी की जान ले चुके हैँ। इसलिये इस घटना को दायें - बायें से निकाला नहीं जा सकता ! बल्कि इसके पीछे कौन लोग रहे पूरे षडयंत्र का खुलासा होना चाहिये कार्यवाही गंभीरता से होना चाहिये।
सुरक्षा कर्मी की मानसिकता की पूरी जानकारी रखना भी उस बल के अधिकारीयों का कर्तव्य हैं। हल्के स्वभाव के लोग, कमजोर और भावनाओं में बह जानें वाले लोग, सुरक्षा को बड़ा खतरा बन सकते हैँ यह पहले भी सामनें आ चुका है। कुलविंदर कौर की भावनाओं को एक सुरक्षा बल के सैनिक के रूप में कदापि सहन नहीं किया जा सकता। इन जनरल बात की ओट से यह पूर्व नियोजित प्रतीत हो रहा है। इसमें अधिकारी भी मिला प्रतीत हो रहा है। इससे पहले भी पंजाब में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी के दौरे के दौरान भी अधिकारीगणों नें अपनी भूमिका का निर्वाह नहीं किया था।
यह सिर्फ सामान्य अनुशासन हीनता नहीं हैं बल्कि एक गंभीर प्रश्न हैं.... यह कोई बडी आतंकी घटना की सहभागी भी हो सकतीं थीं। इस तरह की अनुशासनहीनता को राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा कानून के तहत देखा जाना चाहिए।
कंगना का आरोप- महिला जवान ने मुझे गालियां दीं....
कंगना ने एक वीडियो शेयर किया है। उन्होंने कहा, ’मैं सेफ हूं। आज चंडीगढ़ एयरपोर्ट पर मेरे साथ हादसा हो गया। एयरपोर्ट पर एक महिला जवान ने मुझे गालियां देनी शुरू कर दीं। उसने बताया कि वो किसान आंदोलन की सपोर्टर है। उसने साइड से आकर मुझे चेहरे पर हिट कर दिया। मैं तो सुरक्षित हूं, लेकिन मेरी चिंता पंजाब में बढ़ रहे उग्रवाद और आतंकवाद को लेकर है। इसे कैसे भी करके हैंडल करना पड़ेगा।’
कंगना ने कोई गलत बात की थी तो उसके विरूद्ध कानूनी कार्यवाही से किसी नें भी हाथ नहीं बांध रखे थे । इस तरह की सीधी कार्यवाही देश में आराजका को प्रोत्साहन और कानून व्यवस्था के राज को समाप्त करना होगा।
कौर के कथन का जो समर्थन कर रहे वे अपरोक्ष रूप से महात्मा गांधी, इन्दिरा गांधी एवं राजीव गांधी के बलिदानों और राजीव गांधी पर श्रीलंका में बन्दूक के बट से हुऐ सैनिक आक्रमण को जायज ठहरा रहे हैं।
सीधी कार्यवाही का अधिकार किसी को नहीं दिया जा सकता , यह सुरक्षा बल की बडी चूक है। सुरक्षा बल के अधिकारियों के विरूद्ध भी कार्यवाही होनी चाहिये।

Kulwinder Kaur's feelings cannot be tolerated as a soldier of a security force. Under the guise of these general things, it seems to be pre-planned. The officer also seems to be involved in this. Even before this, during the visit of Prime Minister Modi to Punjab, the officers did not perform their role.
This is not just a general indiscipline but a serious question... She could have been a participant in a major terrorist incident. This kind of indiscipline should be looked into under the National Security Act.
Kangana's allegation - Female soldier abused me...
Kangana has shared a video. She said, 'I am safe. Today an incident happened with me at Chandigarh airport. A female soldier at the airport started abusing me. She told that she is a supporter of the farmers' movement. She came from the side and hit me on the face. I am safe, but my concern is about the growing extremism and terrorism in Punjab. This will have to be handled somehow.'
If Kangana had said something wrong, then no one had tied their hands from taking legal action against her. Such direct action will encourage anarchy in the country and end the rule of law.
Those who are supporting Kaur's statement are indirectly justifying the sacrifices of Mahatma Gandhi, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi and the military attack on Rajiv Gandhi in Sri Lanka with the butt of a gun.
The right to take direct action cannot be given to anyone, this is a big mistake of the security forces. Action should also be taken against the officers of the security forces.
